Roscoe, IL – August 12, 2019 – Showplace Productions will host the Illinois Hunter Jumper Association's (IHJA) B Circuit Medal and Derby Finals, August 23-25, 2019, as part of the impressive local circuit lineup for the 2019 show season. Showplace Productions prides itself in making every event for every level of riding a spectacular and memorable experience. The season wrap up show includes the $1,000 ChicagoEquestrian.com Hunter Derby Finals. ChicagoEquestrian.com has supported the hunter derby experience for local riders since the inception of the class, offering riders a chance to experience a hunter derby class at heights appropriate to their level of riding. Showplace Productions makes the derby finals possible, while offering incentives for the leading horse, leading professional rider and the leading junior/amateur rider in the series. ChicagoEquestrian.com's President Brenda Mueller, will sponsor the series awards along with a delicious Derby Breakfast to celebrate the finals.

Leaders in the series so far include Carmine D'Aversa and Scout in first, Du Monde with Abby-Dvorak Peat hold the second place spot and Witty Comeback with Rachel Bishop are currently in third. Don't miss your chance to win the series!

In addition to the derby final, Showplace Productions has fantastic awards lined up for the B Medal Finals winners. Challenging courses and work-offs await the circuit riders with victory gallops for all divisions.
Riders experience challenging courses in the grand prix ring at Ledges for the finals. The B Circuit series boasts top of line jumps and courses, awards and ribbons through 8th place, special awards for the highest hunter classic score, special prizes for classic and derby winners and first place prizes for every class. Divisions are offered at every level from beginners to Children’s/Adult Jumpers, from baby green hunters to Open and Junior/Amateur Owner Hunters, and from short stirrup equitation to Junior/Amateur medal classes. Classics are offered for every division. Conveniently located at Ledges Sporting Horses on Love Road in Roscoe, Illinois, directly off HWY 90/51 with easy access from Wisconsin and the greater Chicago area, the location boasts numerous hotels and restaurants nearby. Ledges also has great permanent stabling, multiple outdoor arenas and schooling areas, top of the line footing, jumps and food located on site. Ledges has hosted national grand prixs as well as USHJA zone championships for both hunters and jumpers and is one of Chicago's favorite places to horse show year round.
