Midwest Dachshund Rescue is the Biggest Winner
Roscoe, IL- August 9, 2022 - The Perfecta Farm Show celebrated another year of success at their annual horse show and fundraiser at Ledges Sporting Horses in Roscoe, Illinois. In addition to fabulous awards and great competition, Perfecta Farm makes it their mission to raise funds for the Midwest Dachshund Rescue (MDR).
Perfecta Farm trainers Kim Gardiner, Mara Kranz, and Carmine D’Aversa work hard to host the fabulous weekend, which offers amazing awards for all divisions. Each year, Perfecta Farm goes out of their way to make charity a priority. Countless hours are spent collecting gifts and donations to benefit the rescue.
The MDR is a 501(c)3 all-volunteer organization founded in 2003. They serve primarily Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana as well as other Midwest states as needed. They help to safely rehome and rehabilitate the surrendered or rescued dogs as well as educate owners on the care and benefits of spaying and neutering pets.
Thank you to all who purchased raffle tickets, which allowed Perfecta Farm to make another generous donation for the rescue. The annual event has raised over $55,000 to date for the worthy cause. If you missed out on the fundraiser, you can still donate to the rescue by visiting their website here.
