Lexington, Ky.—July 1, 2024—After careful review of all nominees, the U.S. Hunter Jumper Association Nominating Committee has recommended two candidates for the Director At-Large seat vacancy on the USHJA Board of Directors. The Board of Directors will vote on the candidates for the position during their meeting on Monday, July 8.

The following are the nominees for the position:

  • Shelley Campf, Canby, Oregon (Hunter)

  • Leigh Gallagher Tricker, South Dartmouth, Massachusetts (Jumper)

This election is held in accordance with USHJA Bylaws to fill the vacant Board of Directors seat. Elections to the USHJA Board of Directors are voted on by Board members based on input from USHJA membership through the nomination process. Members were encouraged to nominate individuals or themselves earlier this year.

The newly elected and appointed member of the Board of Directors will assume their duties immediately following the close of the meeting on July 8. The position will serve the remainder of the term for the vacant seat through the 2026 USHJA Annual Meeting.
