Midwest Dachshund Rescue Benefits From Raffle
Who could say no to those faces when it came to buying raffle tickets?
Roscoe, IL- August 8, 2023 - The Perfecta Farm Show celebrated a weekend filled with champions at Ledges Sporting Horses in Roscoe, Illinois, while raising funds for the Midwest Dachshund Rescue. In addition to great competition, exhibitors enjoyed a BBQ on Saturday, an Ice Cream Social on Sunday, and a raffle filled with fantastic items with proceeds benefitting the rescue. Perfecta Farm is still tallying the donations but so far has hit an all-time record raising over $10,000 for the rescue this year!
The show was the largest IHJA B show in over five years, selling just under 200 stalls. Showplace Productions at Ledges Sporting Horses has been a popular destination for local horse show barns. Showplace's quality of jumps, courses, USHJA Outreach classes, hospitality, and friendly office staff, have kept riders coming back time after time. Add in Perfecta Farm's specialty classes and amazing prizes and it's no wonder the show is an annual favorite.
Thank you to the many Perfecta Farm Friends who donated awards and raffle items. The raffle is always a big hit with plenty of items to choose from.

The MDR is a 501(c)3 all-volunteer organization founded in 2003. They serve primarily Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana as well as other Midwest states as needed.
